Who this is for

Operators of a live digital product — a booking site, a shop catalogue, a municipal portal, a news application, a membership desk — who need a clear picture of how it is actually used. The study suits a team that already keeps some record of visits and still cannot settle an argument: where people stall, which rooms of the product are empty, what a “successful” visit looks like from the chair of the person using it.

We do not accept products without a living audience. A prototype with no visitors cannot be read.

What you receive

A bound visual report (printed and as a file) and a ninety-minute briefing. The report holds usage maps, short portraits of the journeys we saw, and a set of findings written in the language of the product itself — screens, buttons, tickets, return visits — not in a borrowed vocabulary of funnels.

The briefing is for the people who can change the product. We sit it at Level 10, 57 Chavchavadze Street, Batumi 6000 or by video.

Scope

One product. One primary audience. One governing question, agreed at intake. A typical question sounds like: “Where do first-time ticket buyers leave before they pay?” or “What do returning readers actually open on a Tuesday morning?”

We review a sample of usage records you already hold, watch or reconstruct sessions where that is lawful and useful, and speak with eight to twelve people who use the product. We do not recruit a panel from the street unless you ask for that as extra work.

Included

  • Intake conversation and a written brief you can circulate
  • A walkthrough of the product with someone who knows its rooms
  • Review of an anonymised sample of usage records
  • Eight to twelve interviews or observed sessions
  • Usage maps and annotated screen sequences
  • The visual report and the briefing
  • Two weeks of written follow-up questions after the briefing

Excluded

  • Building, rewriting, or hosting the product
  • Installing measurement or writing tracking plans
  • Advertising measurement and media buying
  • Ongoing weekly retainers (those are a separate letter)
  • Legal discovery or expert-witness work

Who does the work

Digitalstackcore Analytics, from the Batumi desk. A study is led by one reader and one drawer. Interviews are in Georgian or English. If the product’s audience speaks another language, say so at intake; we will tell you honestly whether we can sit those conversations.

How the weeks run

Week 1. Intake, access, and the first walkthrough. We agree the governing question and the sample of records.

Weeks 2–3. Interviews, session readings, and the first maps. You will see a mid-study note so the question can still be sharpened.

Weeks 4–5. The report is drawn and written. The briefing is seated. Follow-up questions arrive by letter for two weeks after.

If the product is small and the records are already clean, we can close in three weeks. A messy archive, a seasonal audience, or a product with several distinct rooms stretches the work toward five.

Where it happens

Collection is at a distance. The briefing is in Batumi at the Chavchavadze Street office, or by video if the team cannot travel. We do not brief in a corridor or in a room of fifty.

What we need from you

  • Access to an anonymised sample of usage records for the period under review
  • A named person who can walk the product and answer factual questions
  • Permission to speak with people who use it (customers, staff, citizens)
  • The argument you cannot close, written in a paragraph

Do not send passwords to production systems. Do not send files that identify a person unless that person has agreed.

Constraints

We work in Georgian and English. We will not read a product whose audience we cannot speak with. We will not publish your report. We will not pretend a two-week glance is a study.

Fee

From 4,800 GEL. The quote follows the number of rooms in the product, the state of the records, and whether interviews need travel on the Adjara coast. A deposit of 40% holds the calendar. The balance is due on delivery of the report, before the briefing.
