Team briefing
A half-day sitting in Batumi or by video, walking a product team through usage findings they already have — ours or their own.

A briefing is for a team that already has material — a Digitalstackcore report, a usage map, or a thick pack of their own notes — and needs the room to read it together. We do not lecture. We hang the sheets, walk the paths, and keep the argument on what people did, not on what someone wishes they had done.
The sitting
Three and a half hours. Up to eight people in the Batumi room; a few more on video if they stay quiet until the last half hour. We ask that the people who can change the product are in the chairs, not a row of guests.
The afternoon (or morning) runs as:
- A slow walk of the product as a visitor meets it
- The maps or findings, one sheet at a time
- A named list of disagreements the room still holds
- A recap letter sent the next working day
What we will not do
We will not fill a conference with sixty people. We will not “present slides” while the maps stay in a folder. We will not brief a team that has not sent the material at least three days ahead.
Fee
650 GEL for the half day in Batumi, including the room. Video briefings are the same fee. Travel along the Adjara coast, if you want us in your office instead, is quoted on the letter. The fee does not include a new study; it is the sitting only.
