How we hold a letter

Privacy

This notice explains what we collect, why we keep it, how long it stays, and the rights you have under the law of Georgia.

Data controller

Digitalstackcore Analytics, Level 10, 57 Chavchavadze Street, Batumi 6000, Georgia, is the controller for personal data described here. Write to info@digitalstackcore.digital or telephone +995 422 555 325. We apply the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where a reading involves people in the European Union, the principles of that law as well.

What we collect

From a letter or the contact form: name, email address, optional product name, optional preferred briefing date, and the message you send.

From a commissioned reading: contact details of the people who brief us; anonymised or pseudonymised usage records you supply; interview notes, if an interviewee has agreed to speak with us. We ask you not to send passwords or files that name a person without cause. If you do, we will return or delete them.

From the website: the cookie named in the cookies notice, if you accept optional analytics; technical logs our host may keep (IP address, time, page) for security and for serving the pages.

We do not collect identity documents, payment-card numbers on this site, or special-category data as a matter of course. Interviews about product use should not wander into health, politics, or children. If a study would require that, we will say no or take specific written advice first.

Why we hold it

  • To answer an enquiry and to perform a contract (the engagement letter)
  • To keep invoices and a record of what was delivered
  • To protect the security of the site
  • With consent, to remember a cookie choice and, if you accepted, to count visits in a modest way

Retention

Enquiry letters that do not become work: 18 months, then deleted. Engagement files, invoices, and the delivered report: six years, which matches how long commercial correspondence is commonly kept in Georgia. Raw usage samples you send: deleted within 30 days after the briefing, unless the letter says a shorter period. Interview notes: kept with the report file for the same six years unless an interviewee asks for erasure and the law allows it. Cookie choice: on your device until you clear it.

Who receives data

The Batumi desk. Our email and hosting providers, who are instructed to process only as needed to carry mail and serve pages. We do not sell lists. We do not hand a client’s records to another client.

International transfers

If a host or mail provider stores a copy outside Georgia, we use a provider that offers a written processing agreement and, where required, appropriate safeguards. You may ask where the present providers sit.

Your rights

Subject to the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data we hold, and to object to some processing. You may withdraw cookie consent without losing the rest of the site. To complain, write to us first, then to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Children

The site and the studies are for adults acting for organisations. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
